Holbein Heavy Body Acrylic Paint 60ml 5 Colour Primary Set (AU7983)

Holbein Heavy Body Acrylics are professional-quality paints made in Japan using carefully selected traditional and modern pigments. Introduced in 2013, this range is designed to deliver exceptional colour strength, brilliance, and control for artists at all levels.

With a texture similar to fine oil paints, these acrylics offer a smooth, highly brushable consistency while retaining peaks, ridges, and impasto marks when applied thickly. They also provide a longer working time than standard acrylics, allowing for greater blending and control.

Colours can be used straight from the tube for rich, textured applications or thinned with water for washes and softer transitions. The result is clean colour mixing, strong coverage, and excellent lightfastness.
